A Proposal To Weed Out/Demote the Toxic Players With a "Dirt Division"

 **W**e've all been paired up with those players. We know who they are, and they know who they are. Within the first couple seconds of reading this you know exactly which category you fall into: Teamwork, Helpful, Friendly, or that infamous Scumbag Dirt category. I propose a new division which only the scummiest of players that constantly receive reports, to be revoked from the standard divisions and placed into a pro temporary division with a theme such as "Dirt Division" "The Unranked" "The Banned" or something along the lines of any of those. Yes this will diminish their ego and their will to play, but there could be a way to come back. They could rank up to Bronze V or they could be granted a lift of their status. Of course, scumbags playing with other scumbags will make more chaos, but hey, let them drown in their own poison that they so frequently use against other players that want to enjoy the game.
 With such a division being implemented, these players would think twice about their unsportsmanlike behavior. I know nobody likes to play with a team mate that intentionally feeds, goes AFK, is toxic, goes and does their own thing without communicating with the team and dying, along with other things that put the team in a painful gg. We've all heard the threat to report a player if they continue to be unsportsmanlike, and we've all heard the reply that goes along the lines of "u thik i care bruh?!"
 Let's just say it'll be a nice way to clean up these players and get rid of them for good, creating a much more enjoyable form of gameplay and balance in the League of Legends Community.
 Yes, there is the Tribunal System, but is it doing enough to get rid of the trolls? The system is great and is doing a great job and HAS been doing a great job, but that doesn't mean there can't be more done about this.

This is how the system would go about taming toxic players: Level 1: Warning Level 2: Chat Restriction and finally Level 3: Option for PERMANENT Chat Restriction or Sent to the Toxic Division

League of Legends is a sport, so let's play with some sportsmanship!

 I'd like to create heat about this topic, whether it be an upvote so this post gets seen by high up people at League, or a copy and paste into your blog, or a copy and paste to make another discussion that is the exact same as this on all of the applicable boards! I don't care about credibility, brothers and sisters, we do this for our country, we do this for our people, we do this for HONOR!!! SPREAD THE WORD!!!LET'S TAME THE TOXIC PLAYERS!!! HAZAA!

There are games with systems like this. You get enough reports, you get kicked out of normal queue and into the place where other toxic people go. You would get a temp-ban from ranked (Like they are doing now) but your normal games would be only groups of people that are also in the toxic dump. You keep getting reports, you stay there.

So not only are you gone from ranked, but you have to win 30 games in the toxic queue, where all the other toxic people are. If they don't learn their lesson, they go back for longer. 50 games, then 75, then 100.

Exactly! Just a way to get rid of the toxic players, or teach them self control and sportsmanship, because League of Legends IS a sport!

The problem with such a system is that you are asking them to reform without giving them any incentive to do better. And no, they won't do better without incentive. If they were the type to improve because it makes things better for everyone, it wouldn't be a problem. They troll because they don't care about others.

And the worst of these toxic players would simply report everyone they play with, so even the ones that do reform never get to leave. It would turn into a punishment for reforming.

The current system isn't especially great, but I've not seen or thought of a better option. It seems you can either remove the trolls or give them a chance to reform, rather than both, with both being the ideal point.

However, I understand your point of view on them randomly reporting, but the tribunal does review the reasons for reports and acknowledges a fake report from a real report. They would reform with an Level 1: Warning, Level 2: Chat Restriction and finally Level 3: Option for PERMANENT Chat Restriction or Sent to the Toxic Division
