Spectating/Coaching Idea?

This may sound stupid but is there some sort of way that we can Spectate bot games? Like....I always want to help a friend play sort of like "Coaching", but it's like..."Oh here, build these items and then good luck". I wanna be able to be able to watch and see what he's doing and tell him what to do or what he shouldn't do while he's doing it. I kinda think it'd be a cool idea to have a sort of "Coach" project or something. Just kind of a random thing thrown out there.
