Kable - Outlaw of Noxus

Second attempt at a champion concept, I kept it pretty simple and didn't add in the math because I have a tendency to make my ideas over powered but with the right numbers I believe this could be a very viable ADC.

Style - ADC/Fighter Weapon - Sub Machine Gun with shotgun attachment Passive - gains % AD from attack speed

Q - Fires shotgun with specialized ammo

W - Toggles 3 times loading your shotgun with special ammo

• Incendiary Ammo - fires in a Cone and all enemies hit will take fire damage over time (Low damage but works like ignite, good against champs like Trynd)
• Armor Piercing Slug - Fires a slug in a forward direction that deals a large amount of damage ignoring % Armor (Average CD)
• Lightning shot - deals magic damage to all enemies hit and stuns them for a short time (low damage scales off of AP and has long CD)

E - Makes basic attacks deal additional damage for a few seconds

R - CD of all other spells is reduced by 80% and increases Attack speed by 30/40/60% for 8/10/12 seconds

Lore - I was thinking he would be a young teenager who is a noxian rebel and he steals his weapon in order to serve demacia.
