New Summoner Spell Idea: " Fade "

Summoner Spell Name: Fade

Stats Summary: Mark a champion for 1 minute, if that champion falls under 95 % HP during that minute then they are immediately executed and give full kill or shut down/bounty gold to the killer. The mark can only be cleared via Cleanse summoner 1 but not by QSS

And if the marked champion does not die by the time that the minute is over then they are also instantaneously killed by the champion that placed the mark on them.

I don't know about you but this sounds like a really cool idea to me ( absolutely no kappa )

Seems good to me. But isn't 95% a bit hard to proc? Let's make it 99% or it would feel to weak and underwhelming.
