High noon Leona

Since high noon is basically midday/Noon. And Noon in solar time occurs when the sun is at its highest point in the sky for the day, and it is either due south or due north of the observer depending on the latitude. Wouldn't this skin make sense?

..............or maybe i'm just overthinking it.......
