Since high noon is basically midday/Noon. And Noon in solar time occurs when the sun is at its highest point in the sky for the day, and it is either due south or due north of the observer depending on the latitude. Wouldn't this skin make sense?
..............or maybe i'm just overthinking it.......

But I don't want to say it is impossible, hence why I asked how he would design it to fit the theme. Yasuo for example has a revolver built in his sword, you even hear a shot when he uses his Q. And his wind theme kinda fits because.. well.... everyone who watched some western movies knows how the wind is always blowing in there. ^^
So: what do you mean, how could you design her weapons and skills to fit into the western setting?

IDK XD when i was thinking of it, i was thinking of it to be a gag skin like meowkai instead of western high noon it would be LITERAL high noon lol
Unpaladin1 votesIt could be done with clever use of sand particles, indicating that she dashes to her target. It's still a funny design but it's totally possible.
