By now, you should all be informed that Graves has had his cigar removed due to:

a significant risk of censorship or age rating problems in various regions based on the depiction of tobacco usage

Problem

Skins like Gragas Esq. and Gentleman Cho, still depict tobacco usage. http://i.imgur.com/qd4yBPl.jpg

Why? Because they are not the default skin.

Solution

A skin with Graves smoking 2 cigars.
