I'm been thinking why not a skin for Taric like Arclight Taric? Or Heart Seeker Taric

I think the arclight one would be nice, but probably won't see anything till he gets a VU/gameplay updates cause he needs that badly.

Who does not believe every other champion in league has received a new skin since the last time Taric received his last? Everyone knows he only has one decent one as it is. I seriously want to know why he is so ignored.
