instead of mana i would think Olaf would be better with the rage mechanic Gnar has as in he would get a boost to his power for a short time. Of course if they replace his mana with this mechanic i would assume they would make his q cd a fixed amount along with a change to his r but keeping his cc immunity.
And in my opinion it would fit his lore and his title "Berserker"

Frankly if they did this. Would make his Ult Automatic like Gnar's Ult passive. Or like Rumble's overheated passive. Just have him gain Movement speed and damage, but can only auto attack. Once he has Max Rage he can no longer use his other skills and only auto attack. This will also grant out play ability since once it happens they can kite back or disengage when his ult is near maxed.
They should just rework Olaf.
Considering the only thing that keeps Olaf in check is his mana costs, this seems like a terrible idea
