Can we please get Cthul'Koz?

I understand Vel'Koz isn't the most popular champion in the game, but his last skin was 3 years ago, and he only has 3 skins.

I'm proposing an Eldritch God skin. Give him a green(ish) color base, as well as abilities an ult, but with an undertone of black, or grey.

Should allow Vel'Koz the chance to become the Lovcraftian Horror he was destined to be.

I also think it needs to be Legendary statuse.

Come on Riot let's see the Eye of the Void rise again!

Isn't he already an eldritch horror being? I mean, sure, he's not a god per se, but he's clearly meant to emulate that kind of being.

It would be cool to see a Kraken Vel'Koz though, that plays up this theme a bit.

He has a lot of potential for so many skins, but yeah he's underrated. What I've been saying before and always will say, he really fits for something Elemental related too, way too many possibilities. He needs something.
