2 Champion idea

I have 2 idea about a new champion, just some draft but I find it very promising.

The first idea is the Sword Hunter. I wonder what will happen if Weapon Master is not only Jax? Jax is the Weapon Master and can wield any weapon, but the Council have restricted him to use his lamp. So the skill set of him is around it. But now a weapon master without restricted. I have not thought about his normal skill. But his innate ability, ulti or visual effect will adapt to his item he bought. Like Sword Hunter with Frozen Mallet will have him visually appeared with a real Frozen Mallet on his hands, and his innate ability will be like Concussive Blow of Braum and his ulti is like Lissandra ulti or Braum ulti. What if he choose other weapon as his current wielding? Change complete visual effect and abilities. Ravenous Hydra in hand and have abilities of Malphite. Bloodthirster in hand and have abilities of Aatrox. etc. The more item allowed in Summoner Rift, the more variable Weapon Master can make. And he can even interact when killed some legendary weapon like Rune Sword of Riven, of even the blade of Irelia. Below is some concept of this kind of Champion that I prefer to borrowed.

The second idea is the Ghoul. Zombie is spread a lot in game world but his main disease still not spread in LoL. What happen when a ghoul killed a minion? He can choose to use it as fresh meat to recover him or transform him into his minion. A wolf pack were slain by him? His opponent will prepared to be bite by a zombie wolf pack. A drake or summon killed by him? Prepare to be hunted by a zombie dragon! Mordekaiser and Yorick will know that they are not the only one from the Shadow Isle can have minions. His ulti can be one of the two. One is gather the zombie elements and transform into their combination. A monstrosity beast will appear that even Cho Gath will feel his outlook is beauty. Singed will confuse what is he, a big minion with wolf heads, minion heads, dragon heads, toad body, etc...Second is undead ability. When he get fatality wound, if his minion is still assisting the fight, he will get in that zombie and become that beast until his ulti recover to travel back to his original form. Look down a wolf? What if this wolf is indeed the Ghoul and have his own skill set except ulti? Think you can solo a drake now? What if the drake - Ghoul can E then W and Q you and have the attributes of all item the Ghoul bought? Below is the concept I made. Just a big meat with heads and body parts from anything from LoL universe. You can tried to find the wolf heads and the minion heads on its body.
