Can you make some feature pack that allow me to switch skin during a battle? Like I begin the match with Yasuo and default skin, then after I buy first legendary item, I can switch to Wild West Yasuo, finally evolve to Project Yasuo.

the skin is loaded in loading screen, so pretty unlikely to happen.
also for clarity reasons this won't be brought into the game.
And fyi that is what ultimate skins are for (skins which change form during the game - the main point in the creation of these skins).
You know that long loading time it takes for a game to start? Part of that time is loading the assets for your champion. Last I checked, different skins on the same champion are technically treated as different champions as far as data management and loading goes. Loading a new skin would probably not be the easy hot-swap you seem to expect it to be, and if the loading time for a skin is longer than your respawn time you're gonna have a bad time.
