Skin idea/inspiration for Taric (For a distant future or so)

Can we have a skin similar to this character?

He's from Jem and The Holograms. 80's cartoon show. His name is Riot (oh yeah Riot lol). And he's in a band called The Stingers in the show.

I just though the outfit he wears would be great on Taric. Or maybe just some similar garb and poofy-ish/wild hair. Pretty much an 80's outfit. So 80's Taric or something. Or make another music skin like Popstar Ahri / Pentakill skinline.

A boy band or Popstar Taric! That way no copyright thing happens. It was just inspired by 80's just change a few colors or patterns whatever. Or look up 80's male singers with outrageous outfits and build something from that too. Does not have to be exactly like the images.

And yeah I'm not talking about how "Oh but we have Armor of the Fifth-" blabla yeah but you can never have enough flamboyant/funny skins. It's not like I want it now anyway...Just someday I'd like to see a skin referencing some 80's male singer or just 80's style on Taric.
