Champion Concept: Avidemo, The Lost Android

My concept for a DPS mage straight from a war-torn future, falling to the present era by accident and looking to return to its proper era but getting distracted by the wars waged on the Fields of Justice

[Ability] "Ruined Memory" - Avidemo has lost memory data on its former profession and must purchase a similar version from the Shop on the Fields of Justice, costing 1500g each but upgrading one of its spells. Only one of these memory simulations can be purchased per match.

[Q] "Material Division" - Avidemo alters its attack pattern over 0.75s, becoming Snared but inflicting 20/35/50/65/80 (+ 1 x 35 Max Mana) magic damage per second on non-Structure enemies within 550D. Targeting can be changed via basic attack or by unit proximity, but basic attacks are disabled at this time. With purchase of the Ironsmith Memory, Avidemo can target Structures with this spell, inflicting 20% reduced physical damage per second. Mana PS 35/40/45/50/55 CD 7

[W] "Corrupt Data" - Avidemo fires a viral data chip up to 875D, inflicting 30/50/70/90/110 (+ 1 x 5 Max Mana) magic damage on the first enemy struck and marking them with Grievous Wounds for 5s. With purchase of the Tracer Memory, Avidemo also gains 6 (+ 1 x Level) Armor or 5 (+ 0.8 x Level) Magic Resist for 5s based on the target's primary damage type if they are an enemy Champion. Mana 80/95/110/125/140 CD 25

[E] "Fusion Drill" - Avidemo's basic attacks passively increase in damage by 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 1 x 50 Max Mana) bonus magic damage for 2.5s, stacking up to 3 times. With purchase of the Enforcer Memory, maximum stacks are increased to 4 and damage ignores 25% of the target's bonus Magic Resist.

[R] "Fragment Rainfall" - Avidemo fires a spherical rocket to the location, where it detonates 0.75s after arrival and rains pieces of metal over a 500D area for 3s. Enemies in the area suffer 50/85/120 (+ 1 x 20 Max Mana) magic damage per second and are Slowed by 20/25/30% for 0.3s per tick of damage applied. With purchase of the Demolition Memory, this damage is increased by 3% of an enemy's missing health per tick as True Damage. Mana 150 CD 150/135/120

Health: 432 + (76 x Lv) = 508 to 1800 Mana: 195 + (35 x Lv) = 230 to 825 Attack Damage: 43 + (3.55 x Lv) = 46.55 to 106.9 Attack Speed: 0.675 + (2% x Lv) = 0.689 to 0.918 Attack Range: 525 Armor: 16 + (1.9 x Lv) = 17.9 to 50.2 Magic Resist: 30 + (0.5 x Lv) = 30.5 to 39 Movement: 330

I wrote a whole big post about ideas for this champ... but it got deleted... and I don't feel like writing it all again.

Basically I love the design/theme, I love the ult/W, didn't understand his Q or E, and had a couple suggestions for him including base stats and his passive/W.
