[Legendary Skin Concept] Frostheart Ahri plus poll!

I have no art for this yet so if anyone wishes to go with my description and run with it I would be very appreciative.

The concept behind this is a more melancholy Ahri. As if she has been with the league so long and still found no hint to becoming truly human and she falls to despair. All of her effects would be ice or mist based and her comments and jokes less energetic and more reproachful.

Her tails would have a blue white mist coming off of them with a light mist flowing around her body freely. They would also be more gray as would her ears. I'm imagining deep purple or blue eyes and long dark blue hair. She would have a gown, tight at the top but flowing at the bottom.

The gown would be black with ice decorations on it. She would have a necklace made of ice as well as a ring on her right middle finger made of ice with patterns from it across the back of her hand connecting to a bracelet. Her orb would be a large crystallized and frozen heart.

Q: Ahri would throw the heart with the mist from her body temporarily leaving and following to create the trail. At the end of its travel the heart would shatter into shards of ice, come back to her and reform in her hand.

W: The mist surrounding Ahri would again leave her and coalesce into three balls of mist with trails that would seek out targets. Ideally for each of the three mist balls used a third of the mist around her body would return.

E: Ahri would throw out her frozen heart and the champion struck would instead of moving toward her covered in hearts would move towards her with a dark mist hanging over them as if the weight of a thousand lives fell on their shoulders.

R: Ahri would summon a blizzard around her from the torment in her heart and as she dashed shards of the blizzard would fly out and strike nearby opponents.

For her dance I imagine a somber solo waltz summoning a small snowstorm around her.

Jokes and taunts I don't have solidified but I imagine being much darker or more menacing. Her jokes would be darker humor and her taunts would sound more like veiled threats spoken under her breath.

Movement speech would sound tired bordering on annoyed with occasional comments similar to "what's the use."

Possible combination speech could include teammates or enemies trying to "melt" her frozen heart or egg her on.
