Tournament Format

I enjoy playing with my friends as a group of 5 the most, recently even in flex que, it hasn't been competitive enough. Thats where I came up with this idea. Why not have a bracket stage ranked 5s tournament on the (weekends?Sat? Sun?) I wouldn't say the entire tourney will have to be concluded in a day. I don't have particulars but if riot does host a bracket style tourney, and have different level of tiers(bronze/silver, gold/plat, dia+ etc.), and if riot had a couple of staff members monitoring the bracket, games, they can spot out smurfs in lower tiers or however they spot out account sharers. I think its a way to become more interactive as a community instead of only playing with the same 10 friends and branch out and meet others out there in the fields of justice!
