Ranked Queues shouldn't go past 2/3 People

I've noticed that every time I have played Dynamic Que with people or even at my university, there always tends to be smurfing/account sharing ever since you guys have taken away ranked teams and even when they play those games, there always tends to be smurfs on the enemy team. I made an observation on the ranked games played at my university, It was a 5 man que and everybody used the same 5 accounts but the players swapped while those games were played, they even went up to 4 smurfs at one point, just to play with that one silver friend. But even while those games were happening, I've made an observation that 4/5 of those games there was at least one smurf on the enemy team.
