Why would you make a skin where you make Ahri look like a Kawaii school girl (dynasty), then make another skin doing the same thing (academy)?

Dynasty Ahri isn't dressed as a school girl she's actually wearing a variation of a Hanbok, which is a type of traditional Korean formal wear.

To the average joe (me) it seems like she is getting a second school girl outfit. I thought the same thing as the OP. It is a nice skin though.
