A unsealed spellbook change idea

My proposal would be if you can gain shards when you use a specific summoner spell, and use them to buy its upgraded version, like after 3-5 times of using it. Upgrade ideas more distance faster channel Tenacity and or faster acceleration Ends with a mini Brand passive boom The effected person has more healing regen

These might be op in some way or not needed, but just an idea (especially when the cd of summoner spell with this rune might be changed from 25%-10%)
