Why we need more bruisers top

I'm so tired of the current top lane meta already why can't we just have top lane bruisers like darius and renekton? to any half decent player they aren't op they are just a champ who can tank a little bit and put down some decent damage. im also rather sick of the whole cutesy crap, when i play a champ i prefer hulking figures with massive weapons like renekton or garen. so riot i know youre never gonna read this but the recent catfish release isnt a top lane he is an obvious support, so why not give us someone who is a garunteed top laner. someone like the ionian someone designed earlier it was just incredible well thought out not op except for maybe the ult and it also had incredible character design. though i would really like a back sheath vs a hip sheath. come on people i can't be the only person that mains bruisers and wants more of them?
