Rito: I drew you picture
I'm 5 RP short of getting a magical key to unlock a chest. I was told that you could get a one time small RP bonus for drawing pictures. So I drew me opening up my chest and getting attacked by a Surprise Party Fiddlesticks!

You have to submit a ticket for player support. You can do so by following THIS link. When there, you just need to follow the steps. Note, that since there is no option called "Pictures for RP", you should just choose "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games". Fill out the blanks and add your picture as a file.
Remember, this is a one time thing; you can only be granted RP for free once, so choose carefully! I believe the maximum amount of RP you can be granted with this one request is 50.
You should probably also write what you need the RP for.

Guys, I'm so sad. It says there was activity on my support ticket roughly 8 hours after I opened it. But that was almost 12 hours ago and I didn't get a response. I cri. They must not deem my picture worthy of 5 RP. RIP my artistic career.
