Why does Riot give you trolls in your promo games?

Seriously. There is no way this is that big of a coincidence.

First promo game: 3/10 top laner, 1/9 mid laner, a 4/7 first time Kayne in the jg. Second promo game: 1/8 first time darius top, 2/6 first tiem kayne jg, and 1/8 support who just afks.

When are you going to actual make improvements in the gameplay of this game? When will you realize that banning all the "bad word" players is not going to fix the toxicity in this community. You've literally been trying that method for the past 5 years and it hasn't done a single thing.

Edit: first game 2nd promo series: 1/7 full tank top lane Morg. Fun stuff. Also had a support that was playing a champion for the first time ever...went 0/7 obviously. Our Shyv has a total of 2 games played with shyv (the other being a norm a long time ago).
