Ranked Boarders

If you go all the way down you can see the new gold tier desing and behind it looks like an updated boarder. Does anyone know if they will change the boarders for all the ranks? Or at least the ranks from Bronze-Diamond because now bronze deserves a boarder for all the noobs out there that have 150 cs at 40mins ( Including grand master and bronze because now iron is the lowest tier).
