I Have an Important question considering my account

I'm currently sitting at plat 3 66lp with a 36% win ratio (5/9 atm). When i win a game i get +28LP and lose about 13-14. Is there a chance that i can skip plat 2 and get to plat 1 after i win my plat 2 promos? In flex queue i was gold 4 and was getting +24lp and losing around 14-15 and once i won my gold 3 promos i skipped gold 3 and got into gold 2. I Cant check my MMR on op.gg anymore because the button to check your mmr with is gone and i have no idea if can skip plat 2 and get to plat 1 after i win my plat 2 promos. I Did Finish Diamond 5 last season in solo/queue and gold 1 in flex queue. Please, is there a chance for me to skip plat 2 and get to plat 1? If so, then how?

Edit: I Did start negative in flex queue just like solo queue. So i don't think that matters.

Good luck in your promos mate. I think it will depend on your MMR when u complete the promos. So if you do 2/0 its better than 2/1. Other than that I can't be very helpful but I would guess it is quite possible especially so close to the start of season.

P.S. So why ask? You thinking of throwing your promos if you ain't gonna skip a tier? xD
