[Champion Concept Updated] Matuas: The Shap-Shot Sniper

Name: Mataus Title: The Snap-Shot Sniper

Passive: Target focusing

While in combat Mataus focuses his Monoscope-Laser-Sight-Goggles allowing every 10th attack to be fired 100 units farther than normal.

Q: Goggle Laser

Mataus fires a laser from his Goggles, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 + (70% of his AD)+(50% of his AP) through his enemies dealing 8% less damage for every target it hits up to 40% less.

W: Tactical Repositioning

Mataus teleports to a target location up to 750 units away from him, taking .75 seconds to charge if blinking to a location farther than 500 units away.

E: Laser Sight Targeting Drone/Homing Shot

Mataus places a visible trap on the ground. If an enemy champion steps on one the champion is revealed for 5 seconds and is Targeted allowing Mataus to use Homing Shot on the revealed champion from anywhere on the map. It should be noted that the Targeted champion is only shown to Mataus and is displayed on his map as a red Targeting symbol.

Mataus channels for 1 second then fires a special bullet from his rifle. If the target is still being Targeted by the time the bullet hits the target will take 50 (+ 70% of his AP) in magic damage and be revealed to ALL champions. If the target is not being Targeted by the time the bullet hits it the enemy champion will take 50 physical damage and be slowed by 10% for 1 second.

R: Snap-Shot Mataus fires a shot at every available target within sight range of him in quick succession (this includes ALL jungle monsters and structures that are within the range) each shot dealing 80/120/180 + (number of targets (including structures and monsters) * 6) physical damage dealing only the base damage to structures.

Taunting an enemy Caitlyn:

“Yeah, put your eye to the scope, I’ll hit it dead-center.”

Surviving Caitlyn’s Ace in the Hole:

“Hah, amateur” “Not even close” “You couldn’t hit the broad side of the Rift”

Note: I KNOW Caitlyn is already a sniper and some people say that we don't need another. But, we DO have 2 dogs, a few champs with a bow, and quite a few melee weapon-wielding champions as well. So I say: "Why not two snipers?"
