Champion Concept: Arianna, The Psycho-Technician
My concept for a psychic mage carry, of which I don't think is in the roster yet. If not, than it is long overdue! Enjoy and please rate.
[Q] "Kinetic Tear" - Arianna warps the space at the target point after a 1s delay, inflicting 70/115/160/205/250 (+70% AP) magic damage on enemies in a 150 (+1 per 10 AP)D area. This cooldown is reduced by 1s per enemy Champion damaged. [Mana] 70/85/100/115/130 [CD] 14
[W] "Psi Rotation" - Arianna creates two rapidly circling blades of psycho energy for the next 3s, inflicting 20/30/40/50/60 (+25% AP) magic damage in 4 ticks per second on all enemies within 275D. Units within the blade range for 2s are Stunned for 1.25s. [Mana] 80/85/90/95/100 [CD] 13
[E] "Mental Influence" - Arianna grips the target enemy unit with psycho energy for up to 1s, inflicting 35/55/75/95/115 (+35% AP) initial magic damage and marking them for the duration. On recast, Arianna pulls the marked target a fixed 300D towards the cursor and inflicts 100% additional damage if they remain within 750D. [Mana] 120 [CD] 18/17.25/16.5/15.75/15
[R] "Premonition" - Arianna passively receives 5% Damage Reduction from the last enemy Champion hit for 2s. On cast, Arianna focuses on the target enemy Champion for the next 7s, receiving 20/27.5/35% Damage Reduction against them and reflecting the mitigated damage back to them. If the marked Champion is the one to slay Arianna at this time, they are Stunned for 2s. [Mana] 150/175/200 [CD] 150
[Ability] "Energy Fallout" - Arianna manipulates the remaining psycho energy of each spell into a protective coating, granting a shield worth 6% (+1% per 140 AP) Max HP for 3s that can stack up to 3 times.
