Unnamed Cowboy Champion Idea Thing.

After people pointed out Ezreal's Q was basically an auto attack, I decided to go even further with that idea.

This guy is a cowboy dude who kind of looks like Hol Horse from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

His auto attack range would be melee, meaning that he'd most likely be played mid or top.

Resource bar: Six Bullets. Looks visually like Corki's missile bar or Annie's fire one. I guess Jhin's too. Edit: He also has a mana bar.

Passive: Completely Tactical: At 50% health or lower, running away from champions gives bonus movement speed. Originally his W.

Q: Bouncing Bullets: He fires his gun in a straight line, bouncing of off terrain. It scales with 100% of his AD and applies on hit effects. It cannot crit though. It has a short cool down, and goes on full cooldown once every bullet is fired. He reloads automatically if you wait long enough. Edit: The Bullets bounce up to three times. Edit Two: Bullets that have bounced increase in damage, rewarding you for doing fancy stuff. I don't have a good idea for a scaling, though.

W: Completely Tactical Escape: Once activated, He starts to sprint. He only gets the movement bonus if he's facing away from a champion. Running towards champions will not give a movement bonus. Edit: Now his passive, as I forgot to add one. New W: The guy tosses a rope forward after a short short channel that doesn't prevent you from moving, like when Poppy charges her ultimate. Once it hits, he will pull back, dragging them slightly like Kled's Q, and then snaring them for a second or two.

E: Sliding dodge: A very short dash meant to dodge away from abilities. He can Q during the dash to fire a quick bullet. *Edit: Is now immune to CC during the dodge.

R: Never miss!: He fires a controllable bullet meant to execute someone. The bullet is controlled like Sion's ult, but the guy will root himself to fire and control it.


Some other general ideas.

Joke: He starts spinning his gun rapidly to the point where it Helicopters him upwards. "Heh, it looks like I'm rising to the top!" "How am I supposed to get down!?" "This was not well thought out!" Taunt: He spins his gun over his fingers, chuckling. "I never miss, and if I do, I've got more bullets!" "Right between the eyes! Or any other part of you!" "My bullets pierce through anything! Well, I haven't tested fully." Against Himself: "You fool! That's killing yourself!" Against Yasuo: "What? How does wind stop my bullets!?" Against ADC without reload mechanics: "What!? I've never seen you reload."

Activating Q: "Boom!" "Get in my way!" Activating W: "Tie 'em down!" "Let's allow me to get a shot in!" Activating E: "You'll never hit me!" "That was close!" "Whoo!!!" Activating R: "Good luck dodging this!" "Watch out! It's too late!" "Dodge thiiiiis!" Dance: Some stupid cowboy thing I have no idea.

Q- "Ricochet" No changes to this W- "Lay Rail" lays down a segment of track that makes allies move faster on it. Lasts until destroyed, 2 hits to destroy. Percent speed boost increases with each point placed in it. 2 second cooldown. E- Escape I do not really have good name for this. His dash, but if his dash would land him on rail going along the rail, then he dashes double distance across it. R- "Locomotive" He deploys a train from himself in a certain direction and can choose a stopping point like a dash. The Train is just the Engine, Coal car, and a passenger car. When it hits Champions they are placed inside a car, separated by the passenger car/Coal car. At max 3 champions can ride it. Allied champions can jump on or off when they choose. Enemy champions are suppressed during the duration and dragged like skarner ult. It interacts with his rails in that it will travel the full length of any track that it is on, and any laid tracks will change the direction of the train, so if you release it forward and you have a rail perpendicular, then the train will turn off and finish any time it has left off of a track.

Resource Bar: I hope this guy also uses mana in addition to that, or else you'd have a champion with resourceless poke, assuming his Q would have decent range Otherwise, It shouldn't be as much of an issue, but still...

Passive: Oh wait, you don't have a passive. Get on that.

Q: I don't see any problems here.

W: Kind of a pointless ability, since your E is already a dash. Additionally, t's not all too practical, and it's kinda boring, since it's just a movement speed bonus.

E: No real problems here either.

R: The first ult is definitely better than the second one, so use that one. The second ult wouldn't have much in terms of counterplay, while being boring, because it's just point and click damage. The first ult would solidify the kit as being more of an artillery mage. However, In that case, for the earlier missing passive, using the bullets for auto attacks as well, for at least some kind of consistent, ranged damage.

Overall: Pretty solid foundation here, but It could be better. The abilities so far are great, but very generic for a cowboy concept. I've got a concept with pretty much the exact same Q and E. I'd suggest adding something to make this champion more integrated with the lore, rather than just generic cowboy #22.

Do the bullets increase in damage for each bounce? rewarding fancy bank shots.
