Make a Rp transfer option for friends

I personally think this would be a useful addition for the game. The Rp transfer option is like the Rp gifting option for your friends but slightly different. For example, if you are 15 or like 50 Rp off of what you want to buy, this Rp transfer can allow your friends gift their Rp to you without having to buy it for you. This Rp transfer would only use the Rp the your friends already own, using this would deduct the Rp from the owner and send it to the receiver.

It would also open up opportunities for account hackers to hack an account with large amounts of RP and transfer it all through a large line of sub accounts to their main account. Risk and reward amigo. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

I think they don't because... you could make 20 accounts, and just transfer the 400 free starting rp to your 20th account and then not ever use the other accounts. Or whatever number suits your desires. 1million free rp because I made a ton of free accounts and gifted them all to my friend... me? But if they could find a way to prevent abuse like this, then yeah I have actually thought it would be a nice idea too. Or maybe a rp donation option where people who have small amounts of leftover rp can donate to Riot who then gives it to charities -- like kids stuck in the hospital fighting a terminal condition or something. Give them some free rp from the community via donations and let them enjoy a free skin or champion they otherwise would not have.
