I read that Riot were gifting people a scuttler crab icon if you gift someone any item after the start of snowdown. However earlier on 12/17 I gifted my brother a skin but i didn't receive the icon, but the snowdown started before 12/17 right? item 3070 item 3073

The icon can take up to two weeks to be delivered to your account.
