My Speculations on Pike

Since Pyke's tease a few days ago,my mind's been in constant wonder of what abilities and play style he's gonna have.On top of being eager to instabuy and play him on release.The shark that swallowed,him and the 2 teases on his maybe abilities,the dive,dagger,rope,and shark ult maybe?. I'll say his Q might just be an attack like rengar's Q,his passive might be the spirit slide through or on terrain,,his W might be a DOT water ability,His E might be the rope immobilize and his ult could be summon the big shark guy to aoe ult across the screen like ornns ult .im curious and heck,wish i could play him on PBE and add to his theory before release:)Thats my theory.Feel free to add on! :)

The theory is they decide to tease you and end up holding him off for another 3 patches XD

Passive: Some kind of list similar to Rengar's bone tooth that gives him buffs based on Kills/Assissts.

Ablities

Some kind of slash ability with his knife Dives into the water/ground and becomes a blade that causes damage and maybe a slow or a knock up Hook CC Summons the sea creature to sacrifice opponents

Wouldn't a shark ult kind of be underwhelming considering we already have Fizz ult? I suspect if they're gonna go with a shark man it's probably gonna be a transformer, even if they said they didn't wanna make anymore.

I suppose if they DO wanna make a transformer, but not one like the others where he's too confusing or has too much going on in his kit, his ultimate could actually have a cooldown and transform him into this shark while giving him different abilities for a certain duration.

They've made several ults and other abilities that are similar to each other for various champions. Not necessarily the same, but they have similar mechanics used in different ways.

Like Kayle, Kindred and Taric for example. All 3 of them have invulnerability ults that can be used to turn fights. Kayles is a single target on herself or an ally, Taric can be on himself and anyone near him/near the attached partner and then Kindred is a mark on the ground that will also give a burst of healing at the end.

So we have ablities in the game that share similarities while not being 100% the same.

That's not quite what I'm saying. Yeah, we have champions with similar abilities, sure, but we don't have another champion using a giant bear as their ultimate throwing it like a bowling ball or something(used in a different way). It just sounds too similar in a specific theme.
