Unapproved 3rd party communication/hacking of a ranked flex team to farm games in ranked.

I've been noticing a team of 4 or more summoners over the course of the whole season 7 ,names Miss Ling,I Love Missy,Q A Q Ma Mai Pi,the whole QaQ team,Swag Swag Lao,Sola Wei,i miss you too,7178856516541516,probably others,they been doing this for months,hacking with unapproved 3rd party program to communicate and whatever else they use ,to go into ranked games and know everyone move and counter everyone on the opposing team in a "bot" type way,and they always surrender at the end of the game like they using hacking software that would get detected if they won.Affecting all the players that que ranked,winning games like candy,and something is seriously wrong with that cause its not based on skill ,its a serious form of cheating, and uncounterable if playing against them.this is ranked flex que,plz investigate this,its clear its malicious cheating and been highly affecting me and other players gaming experience the whole s7 ,have sort of footage,but its all i got for now.Would like feedback from this please,this is a serious matter!I've been reporting them constanly ,but it seems they cover up their hacking somehow.And im sure many ranked players can vouch for fighting against this team and experience the same things i have.
