Jarvan Belts (Item and Passive idea)

Hello everyone, I have a new idea for an item and passive for Jarvan. This passive would be called Jarvan Belts and every time he buys a giants belt, it transforms into a Jarvan Belt giving it more health and a bonus passive. This item can then be later upgraded into Jarvans Chestplate, which then gives him 1000 hp plus bonus damage to all of his abilities. I think this would be a great addition to the League of Legends game and im sure everyone agree's with me.
