Ranked solo Queue provisionals

Hey riot, I've come here to post my opinion on how I see the ranked solo queue provisionals. Today I played my 10 matches, won 6 and lost 4. I got a good score with every game, yet I ended up with bronze 5 just like I did last season. I know you tried to balance and fix the ranked provisionals in your update, but people aren't getting the ranks they deserve. I feel like I was cheated and I deserve a better rank because I do not want to be stuck in bronze 5 just like last season because of trolls and afk'ers. I'm sure im not the only person who has complained about this topic nor will I be the last, but please fix your ranking system to make it fair to all the players and help them get the ranks they deserve. you aren't stuck there because of anyone else. if YOU are stuck, it's because of YOU. many others can climb out and it's not luck.

as for where you got placed. KDA doesn't matter, your mmr before the reset does matter, and the amount of wins you get also matters. as you were bronze 5 last season, you get it again (only reason you wouldn't get it is if you were to get more wins and if you had better mmr.)
