Champion that buffs minions?
This is a weird concept but stay with me here, what about a champion that empowers lane minions to dish out damage while simultaneously healing them back up too; And maybe be able to adopt them as pets/personal minions

My idea was a super minion champion whose passive is whenever he sees his fellow minions die it enrages him and he buffs nearby lane minions by “leading the charge” as it were. His ult would be minion artillery or he turns into a tricked out super minion :o
Banner was removed and it had the same idea, buff a minion on a large CD. This will be OP.
Or he has a minion splicing ability, where he can make a certain amount of copies of a minion, that don't give any gold when killed.
