For a New Champ Abilities wise

I had a idea for a child like annie And Make them a jungler. they could be a singer that charms or brainwash them like eve There q could be. There w could be a three shot attack of vocals in kai sa/ neeko q type of way. and her e could be a camo ward ability for a 20seconds. and her R could be like a scream that deal huge states decreases for 15/20 seconds to all champs on enemy team :)
