PeachyBubbleStar1 votesShe's getting a full VGU after the champion released after Swains rework... so she won't be getting any skins for a while
xXFeathersFlyXx1 votesI know but Shadow Evelynn wasnt a eve skin when She was rework So its possible a new skin tooo
PeachyBubbleStar1 votesit was, but it was just a recolored skin
Chembaron Yamada4 votesShadow Evelynn existed before. https://news-a.akamaihd.net/public/images/skin_screenshots/Evelynn_Shadow_SS_thumb.jpg
It was a skin back from the time in which skins basically just were chromas with another name, another example would be Rusty Blitzcrank.
But they can still change their policy and decide to give VGUs a new skin along the way.
xXFeathersFlyXx1 votesstill its a new skin becaus eit not black its blue with a very stupid crown that they really need to remove
Chembaron Yamada1 votesReworked skin =/= new skin
KittyLovesPoros1 votesI can't remember the last time Irelia got a skin. [sg-ahri-1]
