This champion doesn't necessarily have a final form but she always has paper and ink for weapons. The reason why is because she has an ability to write anything on a piece of paper and it would end up summoning or doing what is written on it. For example if she was to write "Explosion" on that piece of paper it would fly to the select target and explode moments after. The reason why she is the keeper of the light is because her ability was originally made for writing protection seals that keep away the dark but this is another way of using it. She is a ability power type champion and ranged.

Ability: Ruby's basic attack will be stacked up to 4. To get 1 stack, She will need to use one of her abilities. Once she targets someone with her basic attack it will throw 4 pieces of paper dealing triple the damage of the basic attack. 1 stack equals to 1 more piece of paper during cast.

Q: Explosion Seal Cast: Once she casts this ability she will throw a piece of paper written "Explosion" on it and it will make contact with the first person that it hits. Cast again: It would usually take at least 4 seconds for the explosion to take full damage on the enemy. Each 1 second that it misses will decrease the ability depending on your ability power.

W: Protection Seal Cast: Once casted you'll throw a piece of paper written "Protect" and it will fly towards the target and glows once it activates. You can target yourself, an ally or an ally turret. If you target yourself or an ally it will protect yourself from all debuffs for 5 seconds. If you target a turret, it will repel off all minions for 5 seconds.

E: Whirlwind Seal Cast: Once casted, Ruby will hold a piece of paper written "Wind" on it, and have a cast time of 3 seconds. She quietly stands still holding the paper in the selected direction. After the 3 seconds she will begin to slowly blow all enemies in the way. Of course she can only blow away enemies a bit. Just enough for her to make her escape. Her weak spot is her back and left and right. If she interrupts or someone else interrupts the ability it will give her about 3 seconds of speed. R: Seal of summoning Cast: Once casted, You'll have 10 seconds to target a allied champion within a limited range and will teleport them to you.

Appropriate price for this champion: 6300 influence points.

Allo there! This seems really similar to an anime character that I might know of... hmmm, similarity like that wouldn't make it original.. ANYWHO I'm going to start off with the "ability" which I am guessing is a passive, and to me, triple is a lot, so unless it was a small amount of damage that amount to a regular amount of appropriate damage, then I guess it's ok, but then again, why make it 4 instead of like 2 with the same effect and just have two medium damages. It all cancels out in a way, see it more as maybe a TF passive ? But even at that, TF doesn't even double. Ok Abilities. Q - Ok ok, nice basic damage ability. W - Only problem is, the debuff thing is a bit long, maybe 1-1.5 or 1.7 seconds, but any debuff remover doesn't last that long. E - Seem alright, but to me, for it to actually work, decreasing the charge time of the ability would be better, or it would be need constant distance to charge and use, which, would be useless if the enemy can just see you about to charge it. Maybe add some damage to it, like as the wind blows, it also does damage, since you only get little pushback R - I mean, trolling might be prevail here, but people thought that of kalistas ult, so it might be used more helpfully :D

Well, there's my two cents D;

Good concept
