Chat restrictions.

You know when you are swearing or saying bad things you get limited messages per game for like 3-20 games? People are getting banned for saying bad things? Riot is losing money and players for this very reason but I think there is another way to stop this from happening. I myself have been banned for 2 times. In total thats a 4 weeks. Riot is losing money and players by constantly banning summoners that never stop. What do you riot staff think banning people will do? How about making the chat not letting you say any bad words. Like if you try swearing your whole message will be deleted, or if you spam you get muted for like 2 minutes. Doing something like a strike thing. If you get reported 3 times you get muted for a while. Punishing is not the way to go, Riot.
