So I had some entertaining ideas on the boards discord:

Construction worker Illaoi(because she's still stuck on her one skin from release [zombie-nunu-bummed] ) The object she carries becomes a wrecking ball, slamming that thing down on poor unfortunate plebs that face her in lane with her W her tenacles and Q become wrecking balls on chains to slam down

construction worker Mordekaiser: wields a sledgehammer to crack some skulls his W and E somewhat match the theme already a bit as they are bits of metal his R makes some unfortunate victim work overtime as a ghost , huehuehuehuehue [sg-lulu]

Vonstruction worker Nasus wielding a hammer to hammer down nails that stick out :P his W becomes a zone marked like yellow "do not cross" tape on the ground

Construction worker Jayce: sledgehammer in melee form, nail or staple gun type weapon in ranged form possibly change projectiles to look like nails/staples though they wouldn't necessarily be unthematic as they already are.
