Trying my hand at champion reviews!

I've yet to see one of these on the new boards, they were fairly popular on the old forums, and I wanted to try my hand at it. Simply submit a link to your champion concept, and I will post a review to both that thread and this one. I welcome any and all submissions and hope to do my best in writing a lengthy review of your characters!

As a note, my critique will mostly be over the mechanics of the character rather than numbers, but I will make small notes about them if need be.

Also, though I'm not too proud to admit it, I've never exactly been very good with numbers. If you could MAYBE (this is NOT required) help me with at least getting started with Xeno's numbers, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
