Can Blitzcrank get the Alistar/Maokai treatment?

I've played a bit of Blitzcrank recently and It recently occurred to me just how... Janky... He is. His skills all feel really clunky, especially his Q and ultimate. Are there any plans to possibly smooth out his animations and particles, His gameplay is fine, I feel he's desperately in need of QoL changes to his animations.

I think his Q and ult are fine. It's just his auto animation feels awful, especially when you try to knock someone up.

When I practice CS with melees in a custom, I always play Blitzcrank because of how awkward it is to try and CS with him.

I feel like his q is a little shaky... but I think his ult is fine. If they just smoothed its textures and made it actually look straight it would be okay.
