Xehara, The Necromancer (Champion Concept)
New champion guys! I feel like league has yet to grasp the real essence of a true necromancer, so I did some brainstorming and figured out a pretty balanced out kit for this champion!
P.S. Yorick is not a necromancer. he raises things from the dead, yes, but a gravedigger is different.
Type: AP Mid Laner Mage Secondary N/A
Passive: Bone Armor
Professional Layout: "Every time Xehara kills an enemy champion, that champion drops one bone. Upon picking it up, Xehara gains a bonus to his HP, (50) armor, (5) or magic resist (5) Depending on the type of champion killed. He can only gain two bones from each champion, to a total of ten bones. Takedowns with his ultimate double said bonus."
TBH: I feel like this will help him make up for his lack of pressure by strengthening his dueling power in the mid game if he gets fed. Granted, this will be the type of champion who is high risk high reward. This ability will also make killing his opponents, an objective of its own, as a way to motivate him to roam.
Q: Banshee - Mana: 75/85/95/105/115 Range: Circular around the caster, 475 range (Equivalent to Akali's W, Twilight Shroud) Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 Damage: It does damage, but very little. I didn't know how much.
Professional Layout: "Xehara stomps onto the ground, creating a curse like rune carving into the ground in an instant. Enemy champions become feared for 1.5 seconds. If the rune hits any enemy champions, he gains 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% movement speed for the duration. The rune then slowly expands over five seconds, up to the size of nasus's E. The area within the rune will slow enemies within it. If they stand in it for more than 1 second, they become nearsighted for 1 second" TBH: I'm not sure if I made the cooldown too long or not, but this is good for escapes and to interupt combos/all-ins on Xehara. While he does a good amount of damage with his other spells, he is very easily targetable and especially kite/zoneable.
W: Raise Skeleton - Mana: 105/95/85/75/65 Range: Orianna W Cooldown: 11 (after secondary cast) Maximum skeletons: 3 Damage: 60/95/130/165/200 (+ 60% AP) (Equivalent to Zyra's Q, Strangle Throrns)
Professional Layout: : "Last hitting a minion or non-epic neutral monster will spawn a skeleton in it's place. Casting W while hovering a skeleton will cause it to die and leave a pile of bones on the ground. After a 1 second delay, you can recast W, causing the bone pile to explode, dealing magic damage. If an enemy champion steps on the pile of bones, it dissapears."
TBH: Bread and butter early game zoning.
E: Bone Siren - Mana: 80 Charges: 1/1/2/2/3 Range: Nidalee Q: projectile speed: Aurelion Sol Q (Starsurge) Hitbox/range: Reksai burrowed Q (Prey seeker) Charge Cooldown: 2 Damage: 75/120/165/210/255 (+ 60% AP) (Equivalent to Brand's W, Pillar of flame)
Professional Layout: "Xehara can cast E on a pile of bones, gaining one charge of Bone Siren. Casting bone siren will shoot out a deadly skull at an enemy, dealing magic damage and fearing non-champions for 2 seconds."
TBH: this is your best waveclear for pushing as it not only does exceptional damage but fears them away, which would be useful for things like super minions and such.
R: Bone to Ash - Mana: 150/125/100 Range/CC range: Alistar Q (650 Units) Damage: 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 80% AP) (Equivalent to Malzhar's Q: Call of the Void)
Professional Layout: "Xehara leaps at an enemy champion, dealing magic damage and knocking them backwards. If the target does not die, Xehara lands where the target was. However, if the target had any sort of immunity attached to them at the time of the cast, Xehara leaps back to where he casted the spell. Targets who die immediately do not get knocked backwards, and automatically give Xehara the bones from his passive with double the stats."
TBH: very good disengage or engage by throwing them into your team.
