Yasuo. Fizz. Ekko.
Basically the unholy trinity that ruined champ balance forever. The "gated by skill, zero outplay" champs.
Fizz isn't so strong right now, but his kit is inherently cancerous and he will inevitably be permabanned again in the future.

This is a trick question. MOST League champions, as they are now, should be deleted.
But I'd go with Garen if I had to pick just one. Riot's proven time and again they refuse to rebalance him, and the amount of damage he dishes out with a pure tank build is obscene. The epitome of bad game design.
I have not seen a team with an Ez win in weeks.

I will never not ban Draven. I don't care that Janna is freelo right now, this bastard over here tilts me just by being picked, no matter on which team. I hate him, probably far more than I should since he CAN be shut down...But people just don't. You can do all you want as a jungler, but if your botlane aren't the ones to shut out Draven, your team gets to pay the price.

As someone who plays almost exclusively tanks, I would delete . There is no way to deal with him as a tank and the game isn't even close to being fun when laning against him. Some matchups can be fun even when losing, but against Darius it is 100% death sentence if you leave tower as a tank.
It's funny. We're all replying with who we'd remove, and now that I read it again, I don't think the OP was trying to open a discussion. I think it was just a rant about how Ezreal should be deleted.
Oh well. I still want Garen out of the game.
