New marksman Idea-didnt name it yet
So this one isn't super fleshed out, but its a start.
My idea for a new marksman would be a mounted archer, preferably on an elk or stag. He would be king of the kite, but with slightly lower damage output to compensate
passive-(marksman's) abilities and auto attacks do not stop him from moving and he will continue to move towards the last move command after attacking or using an ability. I think this would be pretty cool. maybe have to have slightly lower than normal AA range to make this fair.
Q-Wind arrow- fires a linear skillshot, only hits champions.(scales with AD leaves behind a trail that speeds marksman and slows enemies(scales with mana)
w-Split the arrow- 10-6 second CD, can hold 2 at a time passive-split the arrow leaves a stack of aim on the target for 5 seconds (auto attacks and wind arrow refresh this timer) If a champion is hit with a second split the arrow with an aim stack on them, they are slowed for 25% and take (bonus AD based) bonus damage active-fires a ground targeted ability to an area, enemies hit by the arrow take (AD based) damage
e- Take aim- after charging for 1 second marksmans next attack will critically strike, dealing modified critical damage(much like shacos ability)from +40-+140%. until his attack and for 1 second after marksman is slowed by 25%
R-chaaaaarge- elk goes int a frenzy.marksman gains movespeed and attack speed for 6-8 seconds. when colliding with units, he deals physical damage (base plus more for the amount of time since last trample.) during this time each attack or spell that harms an opponent lowers all of marksmans other cool downs by 1 second each
