Yorick Rework

What i think should happen to league is that yorick needs an update. Recently i was playing league with my friend and he was playing as the champ. While in champ select people were saying that yorick was a troll champ and that hes bad and that hes not even a champion anymore. Which completely makes sense since hes not even on the free champ rotation anymore. And even though no ones plays him it would be nice to see more players playing the older champs. So what i was thinking was that he could get a completely new kit and a better looking skins. And instead of all of his moves being a ghoul. they could put like some system where he marks and enemy and basic attack do more damage to the marked enemy. It could even be called mark of the souls.
