Are we ever going to get a level up achievement system.

So i recently saw Brofresco show off this achievement level up system and it got me thinking. Hey, are we ever going to get one. The one he showed off only works for people that are under level 30. and you HAVE to make a new account to use it, so now they're going to be more smurfs. Now back on track, ive been playing this game since 2014. and I havent seen anything about it yet. I mean if we got it, it would lose some sales for riot but, there has got to be a better way to get champions faster without having to use an RP generator. (ive never used one) I would like to see one of these is the future, because of 3 reasons. Reason 1, there is an actual reason to rank up. other than getting to play ranked and all after you get lvl 30. but there isnt much u get after the 400rp in the beginning. Riot plz consider.
