Me and my brother where just thinking of random skins some day and one concept we thought of sticked with us. Its the concept of Mafia Braum. Braum would be wearing a nice tuxedo looking al gangster like with a vedora aswell and as his shield he would be wielding a Vault door.

For his skills:

Q: His Q would look like a gold dollar sign or something maybe just a stack of gold bars or even a money bag.

W: Wel his W wouldnt change to much only the shield recollored maybe.

E: His E would also be a Recollor only instead of pieces of the shield money would be comming of his shield.

R: His R would be something like a bomb detonation. To open vaults.

I'm not a good concept artist but i guess u guys get the feeling of the skin concept.

and his passive stun on enemy champions would like like a dollar sign instead of a ram horn

I think a huge briefcase as a shield would be more appealing.
