Weird in-game typing bug o.0! Help me please!

Hey guys,

I am experiencing a really weird what i think is a bug with the in-game chat. All other chats work normally but when I type in-game my chat is adding ' all over what I type. At first i thought it was a keyboard thing and I searched the net for what could fix it, but as you can see I type normally in this chat and also in any other type of chat within League of Legends itself. I have added a screenshot for refference so you can see how it looks when I type.

I hope there is a solution for this because this makes communicating really hard in-game.
