New Splash Art and InGame Character Design

I have been observing many of the new updates going on with the splash art of characters that the players get to see during the loading screen before the game; but, those pictures should carry over to the game. For Example... when "Sion" the once Green average sized champion got a Splash Art Update... They actually gave him a whole new In Game Character and redesigned his entire image. (he used to look like this) ? I think that Riot should take a look at other characters who are played more and are more popular to have the same attention. I know this will take time but lots of regular players will thank the Riot Team for updating the In Game graphics of some of there characters. If Interested in Riot following up on some of your favorite characters please leave a comment... like the post... and check out what "Sion" looks like now...(That could be your favorite character who looks good both in and out of game!) . Riot is doing a great job... I feel they should focus on the character design for champions while in game.
