tldr: countdown to server maintenance

Pretty simple idea really, I don't know exactly if I'm the only one (probably American education system problems) but I never really memorized every time zone. Although I should really get into learning that, outside of league I never really encounter timezones creating a problem for me. However, the idea doesn't have to be a countdown, it could also be a clock, either would be fine. But basically when someone clicks to see more information about the "!" it should say, server will shut down in #countdown# for... or the server will shutdown at #maintenancetime#, it is currently #servertime.
