Champion Concept: Juyee, The Struggling Creative (paint-themed yordle champion)

Juyee, the Struggling Creative

Juyee is a yordle painter. Believing her art to be avant garde, she frequently is frustrated by the poor reception it usually receives. Her in-game dialogue is often aggressive and accusatory of others not appreciating her genius, though there are subtle undertones of her actually having a personal battle with self-esteem and projecting those issues onto others around her. Juyee has large, triangular ears on the side of her head, similar to Tristana's ears. However, Juyee's ears droop down along the side of her head instead of perking up. Juyee has lime green hair done up in several spikes that each droop forward a bit. She has purple fur. Being poor, her clothes look old and very used, with multiple wear marks and holes.

In-game, she wields a large paintbrush as a two-handed weapon. Her basic attacks are melee strikes with the brush.

Passive - Starving Artist Every X seconds, Juyee can last-hit one of her own team's minions to claim the gold. This must be performed using a basic attack on an allied minion whose health is low enough for her to kill in the same manner as last-hitting an enemy minion.

Q - A Splash of Color Juyee flings a glob of paint at a target area, dealing X magic damage (scaling with AP) to all enemies in the area of impact. A circular glob of paint then covers the ground for a few seconds, slowing enemies inside the area of effect. If the glob of paint impacts with paint already on the ground, the damage and radius of the spell is increased slightly.

W - Brush Rush Juyee rides on her brush like a witch on a broom, leaving a trail of paint behind it that slows enemies inside said trail. Enemies collided with take X magic damage (scaling with AP). If Brush Rush passes through other paint patches, it absorbs the pre-existing paint to extend the travel distance.

E - Telesplat Juyee teleports to target paint spot on the ground, absorbing nearby paint into herself on arrival. Her next basic attack deals X bonus magic damage (scaling with AP) and snares for Y second(s), creating a small blob of paint underneath the victim that slows enemies inside it.

R - My Masterpiece Juyee props herself up on her paintbrush as it stands straight up and slides across the ground by its bristles. During this time, she gains X% increased movespeed (possibly scaling with AP or bonus movespeed?) and leaves a trail of paint everywhere that she goes. While riding her brush, Juyee cannot perform normal basic attacks, though she can still perform her E-empowered basic attack. In addition, all of her paint on the ground deals Y periodic damage (scaling with AP) to all enemies inside it for the duration of My Masterpiece.

Joke: "Do you see what you've reduced me to?!" as she rips open a packet of ramen noodles and eats them raw.

Taunt: Throws down an easel and quickly whips up a rough painting of an enemy champ. Makes exclaimations such as "TADA!" and "What do you think?" when finished.

Picked: "You really like my work?"

Banned: "TYPICAL PLEBIANS!... sigh Who am I kidding?"

Alternate Skins: Calligraphy Juyee - Juyee wearing an elegant dress and wielding a huge fountain pen instead of a paintbrush. This skin leaves black ink everywhere instead of paint. Academy Juyee - Juyee wearing a beret and a school uniform, covered up by painter's smock. Her entire outfit is covered in paint splotches. Salesclerk Juyee - Juyee dressed like she works at the counter of a department store. Wields a makeup brush instead of a paint brush. This skin leaves powdery piles on the ground instead of paint.
